A luminous solar charge controller 20 amp is required to fully charge a battery from Solar Panels without permitting overcharge. They prevent reverse current flow at night.

Luminous Solar Charge Controllers are PWM-based controllers with 97% efficiency. It has the option of USB charging & dusk to dawn feature. The Dusk and down feature is used in street light applications where lights are switched off in the morning and Automatically it turns on in the evening.
